Aleksander Højgaard
Joan Tercero

One half of our dynamic founder team, Aleks has a knack for optimizing Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes with over 7 years of progressive experience both In-house and Consulting across APAC and EMEA.

Having thrived managing recruitment functions and scaling teams within both hyper-growth startups as well as remote-first companies, across a wide range of industries including Ecommerce, Gaming, Software and Digital Marketing,

Aleks brings global and nuanced  perspective and pragmatic problem solving to diverse recruitment challenges with the approach of simultaneously identifying low hanging fruit while planning and cultivating long term hiring strategies for our clients. 

Joan is a visionary HR Leader and Co-founder with a passion for good People Operations and delivering results through great HR Business Logic and Execution.

Having over 15 years of experience in Regional Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership roles across APAC working at everything from big MNCs such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite and IBM  to regional tech startup players.

​

Joan's experience is as broad as it is deep, resulting in her leadership driving results that strike a balance between solid and efficient recruitment process along with strategic observations and ability to adapt and deliver.
